    Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on your venue and wedding timeline, but we’ll discuss those details clearly during your first consultation.

  • For the most seamless experience, we recommend:

    • Full-Service or Partial Planning: 12–18+ months ahead

    • Event Management: 6 months before your wedding date (subject to availability)

    Early booking gives us space to avoid expensive mistakes, plan calmly, secure your preferred vendors, and create a timeline that truly feels relaxed.

  • Wedding planning can take anywhere between 250–500+ total hours depending on your vision, number of guests, and complexity of logistics.

    To put that in perspective, most people work around 1,976 hours per year — so planning a wedding is like adding a serious part-time job on top of your life!

  • If your wedding takes place outside Melbourne or interstate, travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on your venue and timeline.

    We’ll provide a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises.

    For destination weddings (available from 2027), we’ll manage all logistics for travel, vendors, and local cultural nuances — ensuring your event runs seamlessly, wherever it’s held.
